Quiet place, no noise at night. The staff was very friendly, we could leave our luggage after check out time for free. You also can buy the breakfast in the morning if you need one (there is everything needed for it, buffet type of breakfast). The bathroom and room itself were nice and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was super helpful in June. The location is not central but we knew about it, so we took a bus (the bus stop is near the hotel).

I am very pleased with my stay - the hotel is very clean, the equipment in the room is fully functional, the breakfast is delicious (especially the cakes), the hotel staff is professional and very friendly - they helped me solve an issue, for which I am very grateful!!! It was my second visit (I was also very pleased with the first visit). I intend to come back here - it's an exceptionally good hotel!

There is a bus stop a couple steps away from the hotel which allows easy movement to/from the city center. The room was equipped with everything one could need like mini-fridge, tv, balcony among other necessities.

Note that public transport stops operating at 20:30. A taxi from the Leaning Tower to the hotel cost 12 euros.
